Today #LSFD first responders rescued a 19 year old teenager from drowning in Glen Park. Remember that if you see a person or an animal at a risk of drowning, call 911. By attempting to rescue them yourself, you not only risk their lives, but your own as well.

Incident on Fame Street last night is a good reminder to tend to your land. Every spring starts with dry grass which is particularly vulnerable to fire. Make sure to mow your grass regularly and keep it hydrated, and were it not for the vigilance of Fame Street residents, this incident would have ended in tragedy. #LSFD
